Marvin's Juicy Burger with a Twist
INGREDIENTS
- Full rack baby back ribs
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup mambo sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill to low/medium at 325 degrees.
- Place ribs boneside down and brush meat side with mambo sauce.
- Cook for 10 minutes then flip.
- Add mambo sauce to bone side and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip again and add more

- Flip again to keep sauce a sticky glaze adding more mambo sauce to the bone side.
- Cover for 5 minutes.
- Filpping one last time adding final layer of mambo sauce.
- Cook uncovered for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
- Cut, serve and enjoy!

- 8oz ground beef
- Dash black pepper
- Dash salt
- Dash granulated garlic
- Dash chopped oregano
ADD ON'S
- Hamburger Bun
- 1/4lb french fries skillet fried
- Sauteed yellow onions
- 2TBS mambo sauce
- 1/8 cup shredded monterey jack/cheddar cheese mix
DIRECTIONS
- Turn on grill or skillet to medium heat.
- Place ground beef in a bowl, add all ingredients, and mix
INGREDIENTS
- 8oz ground beef

- Dash granulated garlic
- Dash chopped oregano
ADD ON'S
- Hamburger Bun
- 1/4lb french fries skillet fried
- Sauteed yellow onions
- 2TBS mambo sauce
- 1/8 cup shredded monterey jack/cheddar cheese mix
DIRECTIONS
- Turn on grill or skillet to medium heat.
- Place ground beef in a bowl, add all ingredients, and mix together.
- Shape mixture into a ball and flatten until about 1/4" thick.
- Place burger on the grill or skillet turning only once until desirered temp is achieved while at the same time grilling the onions.
- Place onions on top of burger followed by cheese then let melt.
ASSEMBLY
- Place half the amount of french fries on the bottom bun followed by half the amount of mambo sauce
- Then place burger on top.
- Then the rest of the french fries and mambo sauce.
- Cover with the top bun.
- Push down on the burger and watch the juices flow. ENJOY!
